Hillway Digital is our strategic PropTech consultancy arm, built by chartered surveyors who understand the commercial property industry from the inside out. We advise businesses on technology strategy, system selection, and digital transformation. Where the right solution doesn't exist, we design and build it with production-ready software, not prototypes. We're chartered surveyors who build software, not software engineers guessing how commercial property works. Our growing suite includes a number of current off the shelf apps, all designed around real property workflows. We also deliver property and asset management, service charge consultancy, lease advisory, and strategic consultancy for landlords, investors, and managing agents.
