Autism Plus

Autism Plus is a Yorkshire based charity providing a wide range of support for autistic and neurodivergent people, and individuals with disabilities. Our services are designed to empower people to live fulfilling lives, gain independence and achieve their personal goals. We deliver specialist care services, including supported living and residential care, ensuring people receive the consistent care, structure and guidance they need. Our day services offer safe, creative spaces where individuals can build confidence, develop life skills and take part in meaningful activities. Through our employment support programmes, we help people with neurodivergent conditions access training, work placements and sustained jobs. Alongside this, we work directly with local employers to provide inclusive workplace training, helping businesses build confidence and capability in supporting neurodivergent employees. In Doncaster, we are proud to partner with Ambi Space to run The Nook Stop, a welcoming sensory hub for autistic and neurodivergent people. This space offers a calm, accessible environment for individuals and families to connect, recharge and feel supported in the heart of the community. As a Chamber member, we are keen to work with local businesses to champion inclusivity, create more opportunities for the people we support and share our expertise in making workplaces and communities more accessible for everyone.
